A space where you can explore yourself without judgment and build the life you want.With over 17 years of professional experience supporting adults in personal growth, I help people understand themselves, recognize life patterns, strengthen boundaries, and grow confidence. Especially in supporting those who are highly sensitive or neurodivergent.I bring experience working with adults navigating anxiety and neurodivergent traits, which shapes my approach. My focus is on practical skill building, self reflection, and personal growth, not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment.Through coaching, I guide clients to discover strategies that work for them, develop self awareness, and create habits that support meaningful growth and lasting resilience. This is done in a space that feels real, safe, and supportive.

How Do I Pay For My Session?

After attending your first session, you’ll get a message to enter your payment info. After that, future sessions are charged automatically. Also, if you need to change payment methods, that’s quick and easy too.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life happens! Please give 24 hours’ notice for changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may have a small fee. If you ever need flexibility, just reach out, because your care comes first.

Individual Coaching Session• Rates & Plans are discussed collaboratively to fit your individual needs and resources• Pay as you go. Flexible scheduling weekly, biweekly, monthly or as it works for you• No contracts or long-term commitments


What to Expect During Your Coaching Session

Your coaching session is your calm corner, a supportive, welcoming space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out.Some sessions you may come with a focus or goal; other times, you might simply need space to reflect, explore your experiences, or notice what matters to you.We’ll work together at your pace, revisiting goals as they take shape. You’re welcome to join by video or phone in whatever way feels comfortable, pets included.Sessions are collaborative, exploratory, and pressure free, a space to reflect, clarify, and take grounded steps forward.


Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching and therapy both support personal growth, but in different ways. Therapy helps you process past experiences, understand patterns, and address mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you clarify goals, explore possibilities, and take steps toward the life you want, without treating mental illness or providing clinical diagnosis.
