I’m Rhonda Palmer, and I believe meaningful growth happens in spaces that feel safe, genuine, and real.With over 17 years of professional experience, I support adults in building self understanding, navigating life patterns, strengthening boundaries, and developing greater confidence, particularly for those who identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent.I bring a strong clinical background as a licensed clinical social worker, with specialized training in anxiety and autism, which informs my coaching approach. In my role as a coach, I focus on education, self reflection, and skill building rather than therapy or mental health treatment.
Every coaching journey is unique. With 17 years of professional experience, I provide a supportive, tailored space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self understanding, and take grounded steps toward living authentically.Sharing reflections is completely voluntary, and perhaps one day yours will encourage someone else seeking support.

How Do I Pay For My Session?
After you schedule your first session, you’ll get a message to enter your payment info. After that, future sessions are charged automatically, after each session, so you don’t need to enter it again.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Life happens! Please give 24 hours’ notice for changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may have a small fee. If you ever need flexibility, just reach out, because your care comes first.

Individual Coaching Session• Rates & Plans are discussed collaboratively to fit your individual needs and resources• Pay as you go. Flexible scheduling weekly, biweekly, monthly or as it works for you• No contracts or long-term commitments
What to Expect During Your Coaching Session
Your coaching session is your calm corner, a supportive, welcoming space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out.Some sessions you may come with a focus or goal; other times, you might simply need space to reflect, explore your experiences, or notice what matters to you.We’ll work together at your pace, revisiting goals as they take shape. You’re welcome to join by video or phone in whatever way feels comfortable, pets included.Sessions are collaborative, exploratory, and pressure free, a space to reflect, clarify, and take grounded steps forward.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching and therapy both support personal growth, but in different ways. Therapy helps you process past experiences, understand patterns, and address mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you clarify goals, explore possibilities, and take steps toward the life you want, without treating mental illness or providing clinical diagnosis. I follow both coaching and clinical ethical standards, supporting your growth in ways that are safe, respectful, and strengths based.
